Description

Manages the patient services function of the Nutrition & Hospitality Department. Manages menu processing, tray assembly, and delivery of nourishments. Coordinates labor and resources to assure meals are prepared within an environment that assures food safety and follows regulatory agency requirements at all times. Maximizes the potential to meet patient and customer needs. Philadelphia Food Safety Certification required within 60 days after date of hire with valid receipt of payment in the interim.

Education
Bachelors Degree : in Nutrition, Hospitality Services, or other related field. (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
3 Years experience as a manager in the healthcare/hospitality industry. (Required)
