Adheres to and supports the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of Tenet Physician Resources, including the Tenet HIPAA Compliance Plan and the Corporate Compliance Program. Greets patients entering the practice. Manages office communications, including answering phones, making, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments. Checks in patients, collects accurate patient demographics, verifies insurance, and enters data into the electronic system.
