Patient Relations & Billing Specialist

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai is seeking a dedicated professional to provide end-to-end operational support to patients, including handling insurance and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and skills in customer relations.

Responsibilities include managing medical information and claims, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. This role reports to the Patient Relations Supervisor within a supportive team environment.
