Patient Intake Specialist

**Location:** Bradenton, FL

**Type:** Three-month contract to hire opportunity!

**Schedule:** 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday

**Pay:** $18.00 to $19.00 an hour

**Responsibilities of the Patient Intake Specialist:**

· Makes all outgoing calls according to team guidelines and telemarketing regulations.

· Answers all incoming calls within team guidelines (e.g., speed to answer, call quality, etc.). These calls may be monitored.

· Gathers and/or confirms all intake survey information necessary to move forward with the process.
