JOB DESCRIPTION Drive the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to/from dialysis appointments Assist the homecare RN/LPN with loading/unloading patient from the van. Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment. You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up. Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - time TBD Valid driver's license for the state of Colorado. Good driving record & history. Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
