Patient Admin Lead: Elevate Service & Billing Quality

NMC is looking for a dedicated operations supervisor to align daily operations with the company’s core values. This position involves supervising appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing while also providing training and mentorship to steer the team towards quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.

In this role, you will monitor quality indicators and ensure efficient operations. Experience in UAE healthcare will be a plus.
