We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for baking and creating unique and delicious desserts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire production process of pastries, from preparing ingredients to decorating desserts. This includes following recipes, portioning ingredients, kneading dough, cooking, garnishing and plating desserts.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Creative with the ability to develop new recipes or modify existing ones according to customers’ needs.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
