About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. What will I do? As a Partner Program Manager, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day execution of outsourced partner and vendor operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous innovation. You will translate broader business objectives into measurable performance frameworks, manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and establish robust governance models to mitigate risks and ensure contractual compliance.
