Part-time Customer Compliance Support

This position combines administrative data handling with document and compliance management, ensuring that all technical and regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. The role is fully internally focused, with no direct external customer interaction.AKey Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical and compliance-related documentation (e.g., quality documentation, environmental regulations such as VLAREM, chemical certifications, etc.)


• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in internal systems (ERP / databases)


• Perform structured data entry and validation of critical information


• Support compliance processes by ensuring documentation meets internal and regulatory standards


• Monitor and update records in line with evolving requirements and procedures
