Parks Maintenance- Seasonal

Ozaukee County is looking for responsible individuals to work in our Planning and Parks Department - Parks Division, part-time, through December.

The County Park System includes 13 County Parks, the Ozaukee Interurban Trail and two County-owned golf courses.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with general maintenance of the County parks and trails including, but not limited to:

• mowing grass; weed trimming; invasive species management, tree and shrub planting, trimming, removal or pruning; litter and garbage pick-up; bathroom cleaning; empty/clean fire pits and grills; clean shelters and buildings; trail and ground maintenance; open and close park gates; assist in special construction projects, and other park and trail maintenance duties as assigned.


• QUALIFICATIONS  Individuals must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, and experience in parks, golf courses, or other recreation maintenance field.
