KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist counsel with a broad scope of employment law matters including, but not limited to, immigration, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, leaves of absence, accommodations, discrimination and harassment, performance management and discipline, termination of employment, workplace safety, and government audits.
- Track immigration petitions and applications filed with government agencies, such as USCIS, monitor case progress, and ensure timely submission of additional documents.
