St. Alexius Health is seeking a BE/BC, caring & motivated physician to join the Palliative Care Program. The goal of the program is to meet the palliation & enrichment needs of patients & loved ones during their time of heightened need.

This position will be a blend of inpatient consultative service and outpatient clinic, working collaboratively to provide supportive/palliative care consultations to patients, family, as well as other involved health care providers.

  • Lead the assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of palliative care interventions
  • Provide patient specific education as it relates to palliative care
