Pallet Mill Operator

We are seeking a Pallet Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of pallets.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee the machinery involved in the pallet production process
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
