Job Description

• The Package Utility Operator position is designed to have associates trained/qualified to fill in on shift and for overtime where absences create a need for coverage.  

• When a Package Utility Operator employee is trained/qualified in more than one job that needs to be covered at the same time, the company will determine the priority as to which position to cover using the Package Utility Operator employee.   

• Should a Package Utility Operator employee who is training, not be able to meet the job qualification standards for the positions required the process will be followed as set forth in the handbook section covering Training, Pulling a Bid, and Disqualification and training ...
