You will be responsible for ensuring products are packaged efficiently and safely while maintaining compliance with quality standards. This role involves equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating a technical team to optimize performance and reduce waste.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of technical maintenance experience.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation.
Ability to attend to after-hours breakdowns.

Detailed-orientated and structured personality with a calm approach to stressful situations.
Proven leadership skills to manage and coordinate staff.
