We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with experience in telecom deployment environments and outsourcing/vendor management, capable of coordinating subcontracted resources across multiple engineering and deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate subcontracted workforce needs with Project Managers across telecom deployment and engineering projects.
Manage outsourcing suppliers and ensure resource availability according to project timelines.
Follow up on subcontractor performance, onboarding, documentation and service quality.
Support FTTH, 3G, 4G and 5G deployment projects.
Monitor resource allocation, certifications, access requirements and project compliance.
