Outside Parts Sales

Morrico Equipment is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales to join our Parts team. In this role, you will assist customers with OEM and aftermarket replacement parts for trucks, heavy construction equipment, forklifts, generators, and related equipment while supporting strong customer relationships and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with OEM and aftermarket parts inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, email, and other communication channels
• Source, process, track, and deliver parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Research and identify correct parts based on equipment make, model, and serial numbers
