Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Our client in Plainview, NY is looking to add a full time Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This ortho urgent care position is a four day a week clinic only position, occasional weekends, no call requirements. 2+ year of orthopedic experience required.

Description:
Work in office to treat and evaluate orthopedic patients
Treat sports injuries, sprains, strains, fractures
Perform in office procedures
Walk in appointments

Responsibilities:
Chart reviews
Fracture management, perform injections, image interpretations
Provide medical treatment to patients
Develop and implement patient management plans
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Travel required to additional clinics
