**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a physician-led, professionally managed multi-specialty group in Redding, CA. You will play a pivotal role within our well-established Orthopedic team, working specifically with an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, providing high-quality care in both outpatient clinic and operating room settings.

You will provide expert clinical care within a collegial practice environment, benefiting from strong physician support and mentorship. Your responsibilities will include consultations, follow-ups, and procedures. The position offers a 4-day, 10-hours/day schedule, typically balancing two days in the OR and two days in the clinic (schedules may vary), allowing for excellent work-life balance.
