**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a physician-led, professionally managed multi-specialty group in Redding, CA. You will play a pivotal role within our well-established Orthopedic team, providing high-quality care in both outpatient clinic and operating room settings.

You will provide expert clinical care, benefiting from strong physician support and mentorship within a collegial practice environment. Your responsibilities will include consultations, follow-ups, and procedures such as joint injections and aspirations. The typical schedule offers a 4-day, 10-hours/day structure, often balanced between two days in the OR and two days in the clinic, allowing for excellent work-life balance.
