Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales orders and update information in company systems
- Review order details for accuracy, pricing, and product availability
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for product preparation and shipment
- Track open orders and follow up on pending items
- Manage order changes, returns, or adjustments as needed
