Position: Customer Service Administration
Job Summary
The Customer Service Administration role is accountable for supporting end-to-end order management activities to ensure accurate order placement, inventory availability, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position works closely with Category Teams, Planners, Distribution Centers, and Customer Operations to execute standard and urgent orders, manage replenishment needs, monitor order flow, and proactively resolve issues that may impact fulfillment or delivery timelines.
The role is responsible for reviewing committed inventory, placing refill and priority orders, managing return and damage processes, maintaining backlog and ETA reports, and communicating allocation or system blocks to the appropriate stakeholders.
