Shipment Management

Planning

Optimization

Freight Payment

Master Data Management

Develop and maintain:

OTM Agents

Automation Agents

User Exits

Custom Actions

Saved Queries

Design and implement OTM integrations using:

XML/Transmission Builder

REST/SOAP Web Services

Integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)

Develop custom reports using BI Publisher.

Perform data migration activities using FBDI / CSV / integration tools.

Work on OTM Cloud upgrades, patching, and release management.

Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support.
