Oracle HCM Functional Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Pretoria, is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join their team on a 12-month renewable contract.
This is an onsite role requiring a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

POSITION INFO:
Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. HR , Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management) 3-5 years' experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success Duties & responsibilities: Provision of day-to-day ...
