Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, Business Management, Organisational Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in a project and/or application support environment.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and/or support.
- Regression testing experience across Oracle quarterly updates.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing with business users.
- Knowledge of the full System Development Lifecycle or equivalent methodology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience with HR business owners and business users.
