Oracle EBS Functional Support Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada . It is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FAH, CM, SLA) and Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) modules.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite Release 12, specializing in ORMB functionalities, configuration, testing, and data model understanding.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules and Oracle RMB components (Billing, Contracts, Pricing, Rating, Invoicing) to meet business requirements.
• Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives (preferred).
• Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles, working autonomously with clients and IT teams.
