We are seeking a well-rounded technologist (f/m/x) to help scale the data infrastructure The Global Database Engineering Team manages the relational database platform and develops the automation, which keeps the business systems operational.

The Database Engineer/Architect (f/m/x) will support the ongoing development and solution design of the relational database platforms and provide evaluation, certification and packaging of relational database tools as well as developing and maintaining platform automation scripts and applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable cloud-based database platforms

Develop and enhance automation platforms and tooling to support database operations and reduce manual effort (“toil”)

Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and implement automation-driven improvements to prevent recurrence
