Ops Manager/Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the Editorial Director, you are the operational backbone of the production teams. You bring structure, clarity, and processes translating creative direction into smooth, repeatable tools and methods while keeping every project on track.

Responsibilities

• Oversee book projects end-to-end, from initial brief to final delivery.
• Own timelines, deliverables, and production milestones across internal and external teams.
• Maintain quality and consistency at every stage of production.
• Write, document, and continuously improve production processes across the design department.
• Build and maintain templates and operational guidelines used by the whole design team.
• Build reporting tools & dashboards needed to track the production.
