About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress , you will be responsible for delivering efficient Food and Beverage service, reflecting Shangri-La Dubai’s image through a friendly and courteous attitude. You will maintain full knowledge of all areas within the division (Restaurant, Room Service & Banquet Service), as you may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant, private dining or banquet service as assigned.
- Provide a high-quality service for all guests.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the section appointed.
- Consistently look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.

About You
- Working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* international hotel.
