Operations Team Lead

• Ensure execution of daily operations within the department
• Accountable for production,supervisionand discipline of employees
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
• Enforceimport/exportpolicy and procedure compliance
• Communicate with vendors/suppliersregardingshipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
• Respond to & solveproblemsas needed
