Operations Supervisor | 2nd Shift

OSM is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift at a state-of-the-art, fully automated sorting facility in York, PA. This role plays a critical part in keeping our operation running smoothly—leading associates, driving production results, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and service excellence. When on-site leadership isn’t present, you’ll take the reins as acting Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise, train, and support associates within the assigned department to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations

+ Oversee the processing, sorting, and movement of mail and parcels to meet prescribed production rates and service goals

+ Prepare and distribute end-of-shift close and manifest reports to the next shift and destination OSM locations
