What We Do
The team operates through two core areas:
Program Management- We oversee the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of large-scale cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives across all music genres. This includes live music events, cultural moments, artist campaigns, and major company priorities. We've developed standardized workflows and templated resources that ensure consistent, efficient execution across projects.
