This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for workers and contractors.
Conduct Pre-Onboarding Orientations to ensure workers are informed and prepared prior to their start date.
Ensure all onboarding requirements and tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
