Operations Manager

Lysander Funds is an independent Investment Fund Manager headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Montréal and Vancouver. We are seeking an Operations Manager working as part of the Lysander’s Operations team. This role will provide support in the areas of day‑to‑day operations, financial reporting and marketing functions. The Operations role will work closely and support Lysander’s legal and compliance teams.

This new full‑time position is based in our Toronto office, with an expected annual compensation range of $85,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
