Operations Manager

This role is responsible in providing operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team at the Radiation and/or Medical Oncology Site, complying with legislative/governing standards, and driving strategic business objectives.

• Lead, coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the healthcare facility to ensure the site is effective and efficient in the delivery of quality care to patients.
• Understand the local network's (including patients, referrals, suppliers, business partners and doctors) expectations and needs from entry/admission through to discharge or transfer of patients to build effective relationships, address service delivery issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Partner with and be the first point of contact for consultants working on site and oncology specialist more broadly to develop collaborative and supportive relationships.
