Operations Manager (Process Engineering)

Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Manager (Process Engineering) who will serve as the Lead Designer of Efficiency within our Operations Group. This role is responsible for architecting standardized operational workflows, driving process excellence, and leading a team of Process Engineers to deliver high-quality, automated, scalable operational solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our operational blueprint and ensuring that our processes align with both business objectives and product requirements.

What you will do:

• Design Standardized Operational Blueprints: Develop and implement templates and structures for SOPs and workflow documentation to ensure consistency across all Operations teams.
