Overview

The Global Operations Manager is directly responsible for the management of processes in various TRT offices across 15 countries (US, UK, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Switzerland, Philippines, Netherlands, Germany).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standardized company policies and procedures globally.
• Develop strategic approaches to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Manage Global HR, IT Admin, and Compliance Teams.
• Monitor business operations, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
