Duties

Supervise front office and housekeeping operations

Participate in hiring, training procedures

Monitor all front office operations

Maintain customer service/satisfaction standards

Perform daily room and property inspections

Perform other related duties, as assigned

Ensure full compliance with hotel operating controls, policies, and service standards

Deliver financial performance as set in company budgets
