Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looking for new opportunities to expend systems
- At least 8 years experience as an Operations Manager in a Manufacturing/Production environment
- Policies and procedures - strong experience with development, implementation and management
- Strong knowledge / experience in Labour Relations
- Health and safety legislation / regulation
