Operations Manager position available in Ceres.

Are you an experienced, hands‑on operations leader ready to take full ownership of a fast‑paced service environment?

Based in Ceres, this role oversees daily operations, fleet, staff and service delivery. You will manage delivery scheduling and route planning, lead field teams and oversee fleet and assets.

Further duties include cost control and resolving client issues promptly while maintaining strong operational performance.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in civil/industrial engineering/mechanical engineering or business / operations / logistics
• 5 years’ experience within these industries
• Experience in operations management or project management
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Adaptable and flexible to work extended hours
