Purpose
The Operations Manager will spearhead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination of goods from induction to delivery. This role is the backbone of our operational strategy, driving performance and meeting KPI targets.
Accountabilities
- Managing and coordinating operational activities including induction, sortation, route planning, returns, dispatch, and on-road delivery support.
