POSITION SUMMARY

This is a full-time role for a Brand Operations Manager of BACHA (Philippines) :

• The mandate of this role is to drive the sales revenue for the assigned area(s) and/or brands and manage the sales and merchandising functions. In addition, you will be expected to be actively involved in areas such as sales incentives scheme, P&L management and staff development.
• Provide responsible and skilled leadership in directing all retail aspects of the Brand in the Area.
• Direct Store Manager on managerial and operational aspects of the store
• Direct Store Manager in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service and staff general welfare
