The role
As Operations Manager NZ, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of the operation. You lead from the front, being on the floor and knowing your team, your numbers and always staying a step ahead.
You will lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff, manage third‑party relationships, run stakeholder reviews with hospitals and customers, and own the performance of the operation across three lenses: people, service and cost base.
