Operations Manager (Amazon)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Amazon USA private label business. This role blends strategic leadership with direct, day-to-day operational execution. You will oversee supply chain workflows, manage Amazon account health, support purchasing and logistics, and lead a small team responsible for marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve problems while guiding and developing a high-performing team. This position is approximately 50% individual contributor and 50% management , requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement.
