Operations Lead - Middle Mile Logistics (Yokohama)

Join Amazon Japan’s AMXL (Amazon Extra Large) team as an Operations Lead, driving excellence in middle mile logistics in partnership with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. In this role, you will oversee transportation efficiency between facilities, ensure operational compliance, and build strong relationships with trucking partners to deliver seamless network performance.
