Operations Lead

This individual will be responsible for overseeing key operational areas including staffing support, vendor management, reporting, and team coordination. While the primary focus is operations, this role will also provide light support to the proposal process as needed—such as gathering documentation, reviewing timelines, and assisting with submission logistics.
