Major Responsibilities
- To meet the company production and quality target as per contract.
- To implement best recommended practice.
- Ensure all work performed meets health, safety and environment (HSE) prevailing in the company.
- To ensure all major electrical, automation, mechanical equipment always in proper operation condition and within specified parameters.
- To produce accurate, real and timely production report on water production, water quality, chemical inventories and energy consumption.
- To input basic process data into PLC/SCADA supervisory control system.
- To ensure efficient plant operation with minimum energy and water losses.
- To trouble shoot, consult and make recommendation on process operation.
- To participate in major downtime work in the water treatment plant.
