Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and organize company documents, records, and templates (digital & physical).
- Ensure all files are properly labelled, stored, and accessible to relevant departments.
- Assist in implementing document control procedures, including version control and tracking changes.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
- Support daily operations by assisting with scheduling, project tracking, and workflow documentation.
