Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of supply to fulfill and maximize delivered sales business and ex­-wharf shipments.
• Check for credit clearance on CIA and other payment arrangement prior to bunker deliveries to meet customer satisfaction and to minimize delay in delivery.
• Monitor term loading by liaising with various terminals and maximize barge utilization.
• Liaise with local agents on overall shipments.
• Monitoring and manage stock inventory. Plan for loading onto bunker barge and schedule for delivery
• Ensure all term / spot deals lifting are rate-able and lifted as per contract terms.
• To carry out ad-hoc barge audit on cargo inventory check and bunker own usage.
