Operations Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively recognize customer requirements, uncover unaddressed needs, and develop potential solutions across various customer groups. Assist in shaping intricate product and program strategies based on customer interactions, and effectively implement solutions and projects for customers that are scalable to complex, multiple enterprise environments. Collaborate with customers and/or internal stakeholders to communicate the strategy, synchronize the timeline for solution implementation, provide updates, and adjust plans according to evolving objectives, effectively and promptly. Prepare for complex product or solution-related inquiries or challenges that customers may present. Gather and convey detailed product insights driven by customer needs and requirements.
